Business & Information Technology Pathway
The Business & Information Technology pathway at the Pike Career and STEM Center prepares students for success in today’s fast-moving business and technology-driven economy. This pathway is built around the Principles of Business Management Dual Credit (DC) course, which serves as the foundation for multiple specialized business and IT-focused career tracks. Students gain a strong understanding of how businesses operate while developing real-world, college-level skills.
Students can choose from several focused areas of study, all offered for Dual Credit:
- Accounting (DC): Accounting Fundamentals 1–2 and Advanced Accounting 1–2
- Marketing & Sales (DC): Marketing Fundamentals 1–2 and Strategic Marketing 1–2
- Business Administration (DC): Accounting Fundamentals 1–2 and Management Fundamentals 1–2
- Supply Chain & Logistics (DC): Logistics Management 1–2 and Supply Chain Management 1–2
These options allow students to customize their learning based on their career interests while earning college credit at the same time.
